I give them a star only because, it is lowest rating offered. They are a disgrace to the Hendrick name this includes the medical supply in Abilene as well. Did not bring supplies I requested. When I mentioned it he went back to van brought in a unsealed line that looked like it had been rolling around in the floorboard. Line which goes from oxygen concentrater to water bottle, which had not been replaced in nearly 2 years. Called office reported issues I had been dealing with the incompetent delivery service man for sometime and the dirty line was the last straw. Let them know he had left his tester here 2 weeks earlier and had not even tested the concentrater when he did. That I just been waiting for a knock or call wanting to see how long it took. Assured me a new line would be brought over. Well a month later still no line! Delivery drive just now come by for tester and still no line. Abilene branch is responsible for CPAP supplies which took me a year and a half to finally get which is suppose to be replaced at least every 3 months. They kept saying it was my insurance company. Finally frusrated enough after having to duct tape air hose I called insurance company and asked why they were not allowing me new supplies. They said they weren't blocking it. Called up medical supplies and told them what insurance company had said and finally got the supplies out of them.
