The two ladies in the office were very nice and helpful with the information I was needing. Everyone who has left a bad remark, must have been having a bad day to begin with.
I am 83 years old and have never been so disrespected in my life. A person like her should not be dealing with the public
Candy was absolutely disrespectful in every way. I entered the building and she told me to just have a seat, because it would be at least 45 minutes to an hour wait, so I sat in front of the tv to help pass the time, so she muted it. Went out to call my Dad who I live with for the bills, and told him she was being rude, so she came out and asked if I had a problem with her, so I told her yes I thought she was being rude, and she said for me to go completely outside the building. Candy cannot handle stress or a room full of people.

Best experience ever! Candy was the most helpfully friendly lady ever. She works alone, so she is great under pressure because of all the experience! Even though she has to deal with the daily public (witch is aggravating as it sounds) she can put up a great fight and get her work done!
