Excellent chicken and the catfish is great eating too. Friendly service and to top it off, free ice cream when you dine-in!
The fried chicken is bigger & tastier than the rotisserie. The jalapeno poppers were good and their rolls were great! Real butter and honey would have made it a bit better. Free ice cream (ice milk really) with purchase.
I love their food, chicken is not at all greasy, catfish made when you order, so always fresh, great sides, clean, prices are good, employees are great, and if you dine inside, they offer free ice cream cones! Definitely my favorite place to eat.Nice and cool. We heard they were closing too, really hope it's not true, because Stephenville's Golden Chicken was NOT GOOD AT ALL! Why would they put a Heff's Burger, Diary Queen and Donic are butger placed, and Mae's has the best burgers so not real smart marketing strategy!
Chicken was very dry. Seemed to be sitting out all afternoon under the heat lamp. It also appeared that they only schedule two people at a time to work.
